A true story and BEWARE a cheater...
I recently dealing with this Etsy seller named "g----rose"
She purchased a "Grape Bracelet" from me on 15/6 and paid immediately. I left her positive feedback the same day as usual and sent her the bracelet asap.
23/6, she left me a
negative feedback :(
24/6, she convo me she wants to see the grape bracelet at her mailbox asap....bahbahbah,, seem a normal anger person.
*** I were confused and *I were trying so hard to remember something, Ok I remembered I made a new purple bracelet and I didn't have many orders, I shouldn't have mixed up with others buyers. And the colors she claimed were black leather with red cord, which i have never done.***
Same date, I convo her to describe a little more of the situation, I want to clarify the issue before I made another one. (because i still couldn't believe this happen)
25/6, she didn't reply me, then I sent her convo and also email to ask her nicely to take photos for me, I want to see the item.
26/6, she replied, she has no camera and she is computer illiterate. She didn't know how to use printer or mobile.....she is from 50's and..so on..
Same day, I pondered the whole morning and checked her feedback from sellers and also what she left to other buyers. I decided to make her a new one as I trusted her words, just in case I really made this mistake. I sent her the new bracelet with registered mail so we can track the item. Still, no one know but her, if the first item was wrong or not......althougt she emphasized every time she will return that wrong item to me asap she received the new one.
Same day, I received a convo from other seller, asked me about her (g-----rose), this seller is also dealing with her as she claims she received "a wrong item" and the buyer wonders if I can help to describe this buyer. At that moment, I felt *DING* OMG! I am probably being deceived. That was a scam..............................
Since I can not say anything in the EST thread, but I must tell this awful experience to warn my dear friends. I took this lesson but I won't be silent and just succumbed the injustice/erroneousness . I reported to admin but they didn't reply me yet. I will see how is this story goes, I wonder what she will tell me that she failed to return the item to me.
Still there is possibility maybe I made the mistake until I see the first item...
27/6 confirmed from one of the sellers she had similar experience of dealing with g-----rose, this time she claims she hadn't received the item and need refund. G-----rose keep insulting her and demanding with tantrum. However, she able to get help from Etsy in time and canceled the sale before g----rose left negative feedback.
same day, I received a email from a third seller who had trade with her. This seller had to refund the money whether g----rose received the item or not. She claimed item had never arrived.
28/6 I received a forth seller convo, she told me this buyer is tricky and she was luckily didn't received neg. feedback in the end.
30/6 I received replied from Etsy evenutally, they explained clearly how is the feedback work for both sellers & buyers, in my case they cannot remove the neg. feedback and encourage me to use the "Kiss & Make up" system.
1/7 As I already sent her again a new bracelet last Monday with registered mail, I used the system "Kiss and make up". At last, she left me back a positive feedback and said she will return the wrong item tomorrow. It doesn't mean I just let her get away, however frankly, the feedback is the most important thing for me/ my shop. I will still tell this story to as many sellers I know of, I hope we can learn from our experiences and learn together. I have the faith of "Cause and Effect", what a person act, speak and think of anything good or bad will in the end be accumulated and in return to one's life.
Until now, I learned from this lesson is
1) never leaf feedback right away although we received quick payment from buyers.
2) prepare envelope with receiver's address before wrapping the item with beautiful paper, so I can double check item & address to prevent not selling to wrong person or item.
To be continue.............
